We have been almost hypnotized by food the industries to seek out either, cheap or fast food that fills a hole, or, food that's all about taste and experience rather than its health benefits. Oats: If you don't already have a bowl of oat or porridge oat for breakfast then start now. If you want something filling and full of fibre and good for your metabolism then oats are a great way to start the day. Brown Rice: Cut out white rice all together and only eat brown rice. Its full of health carbs. Its another food which is low in calories but will fill you up nicely. Women you eat brown rice tend to lose a lot more weight over time than those eating empty white rice. Salmon: If you happen to like fish then add to salmon to your diet instead of eating red meats. Its far leaner and is packed full of protein. Avocados: Another great source of protein and fiber and a great snack to keep hunger at bay. Eat a quarter to a half a day instead of a sand which and you will soon notice the difference. Broccoli: Another great tasting vegetable than can be put on your dinner plate. Its very low in calories, is quite filling and another good source of fiber. Grapefruit: Its a good insulin moderator which allow you to lose weight easier. Also good for fiber. It also has a lot of water in so will fill you up.
